When you hire Captured Perspective for your wedding day coverage or even a portrait session, you immediately go into my planner for follow up's along the way. I want my clients to have a full client experience from start to finish. We will work through all the question and details together. Being mindful and intentional are some of my top priorities. This way I can strive to deliver the exceptional photos you are so excited for! To me, hiring your vendors for HUGE life experience is more than just picking someone off of a digital list. With that, a full client experience includes, phone calls and zoom chats. I am totally able schedule a time to connect in person or on the phone. I love meeting with new faces, and re-connecting with my past clients. All of us enjoying this entire process is what really creates successful relationships. If we don’t enjoy it together then it’s just a photography service and not unique and personal experience.
Yes, I promote weddings on my website. I LOVE love! Weddings are amazing. But that's just part of it. I also adore reconnecting with past clients as their relationships continue to grow and change. I am more than happy to work with past clients for new life events. I cherish sessions like this; Maternity sessions and life-style portraits are just as awesome as weddings and engagements.
Whats really ironic!! I've been planning to write this exact journal entry for a while. I just haven't had the time to document, well anything really. The struggle continues to be real some days. Work life. Mom life. Business owner + more. Then, I received the most amazing Google review. It was such an wonderful compliment from a repeat client. I can assure you, their words are totally unscripted and this was all their own doing. However, their review speaks volumes in my exact vision. This is what the perfect full client experience means to me.
Y’all I just need to brag on my photog for a bit, Captured Perspective Photography!!!! We got our wedding album back and I am beyond in love with it! Heather is phenomenal, she checked in with us often, sent regular updates, was considerate of our individual styles and personalities and on the day of the wedding she was right there supporting me through the stress and panic of the day even before and after taking my photos!!!! We never felt like “just another client” even though she was busy with other weddings. On the day of, I was horribly nervous and Heather took the time to help us all chill out and get quality shots! If you’re looking for a photographer whose personable, friendly, considerate and affordable then look no further! Heather is 10/10 the best and we will absolutely be using her again for our other photographic needs.
